From structural repairs to playability upgrades and detailed cosmetic restoration, we ensure your instrument not only looks incredible but performs at its absolute best.

Price List

A complete diagnostic examination of the instrument is included in any work done by Fish
Musical Instruments, but it should be noted that if the work needed is not completed by Fish Musical Instruments,
there will be a minimum fee charged of $40.00.

All repairs/restorations require a complete hands on inspection before any cost estimate can be accurately given on an individual instrument, however the following price range estimates are available for the following standard operations:

Setups

Prices below DO NOT include the price of the strings

Acoustic guitars/basses/mandolins/banjos:   $80

Electric hardtail guitars, basses, etc. :  $80

Tremolo style electric guitars(Not including Floyd Rose style or similar): $100

Floyd Rose style or similar: $120

All Setups include the following:

Cleaning and lubricating the fretboard

Checking truss rod, intonation and action

There will be an extra charge for extreme crud buildup

Re-stringing instrument

 

New Bone Nut or Saddle: $45

Fit New Bridge Pins: $20 + Pins

 

Re-frets/Fret leveling

Fret Level and dressing: $150

Electric w/bolt on neck unfinished board: $300

Electric w/bolt on neck finished board: $400

Electric set neck: $375

Acoustic: $425

Acoustic during a reset: $325

 

Acoustic Guitar neck resets

Martin style dovetail: $350

Taylor/Martin style bolt ons: $200

Gibson/Guild style: $450

Acoustic: $425

Harmony/Kay style dovetail: $330

Electronics work

Pickup changeouts: $60.00 for one + $30.00 each additional

Complete rewire including pots and switches, CTS pots, Switchcraft switches: $150
